Fantastic Course. Recommend it to anyone. Really improved my under water experience and a much more enjoyable dive when you know what you are looking at. Great fun. I had completed 4 shore dives after PADI O/W course and after this course felt much more in control.
Course has elements of boyancy control, navigation, digital photography, aquatic identification, all under supervision.
The DVD and booklet have plenty of general info and Cillian's pre dive sessions were spot on for what we should see along the reef.
Cillian even presented us with our own CD of photos we had taken ourselves on the course.
Subsequently did boat dive at SDW and post course was best dive ever. Thanks Cillian and SDW.
